How does the process work?
- Job description: Book in a free consultation with us and give us an overview of the task that you need done as well as what you’re looking for in a Virtual Assistant.
- Package Selection: Our team will provide you with recommendations on the type of Virtual Assistant you need and the package options available to you. We currently have 10 hr, 20 hr or 40 hr packages and the price will vary depending on the type of Virtual Assistant you need.
- On-boarding: Our Operations Officer will take you through the client on-boarding process so that you have the best tools to work efficiently and effectively with your Virtual Team.
Recruitment: Once we are both clear on the requirements for the task and the Virtual Assistant, we will start interviewing the candidates that meet your requirements and create a shortlist of options for you. This process usually takes around 1-2 weeks. - Interview: Once the shortlist has been created, you have 2 weeks to review and approve the applicants that you would like to interview. We always recommend our clients to have at least a video conference call with the Virtual Assistant when reviewing them for the job.
- Hiring: When you’re ready, we will hire the Virtual Assistant and take them through on-boarding, orientation and set-up. We formally introduce them to our team and yours and help set up all the expectations between you and the Virtual Assistant so that everyone is on the same page.
- Go Time ! Start day-you will start working with your Virtual Assistant with the support from us and our team to assist you in the initial onboarding stages to avoid any miscommunications or misunderstandings. Our team will also have regular meetings and performance reviews for your Virtual Assistant to ensure their happiness and to get all your tasks done the way you want it.

During the discovery call, we will ask you questions that will help us know the virtual assistant that will be best for you. You will be able to see their portfolio and have a conversation with them before proceeding to work with them.
Do you work with clients from all over the world?
Yes, we work with clients from all over the world. So far, we have worked with clients from Africa, Canada, Europe, North America.
What about time zones?
We have virtual assistants who are able to accommodate different time zones.
What happens to all the information shared with the virtual assistants?
All the virtual assistants have signed NDAs that will ensure that your information is not shared with anyone. If you discontinue your relationship with Runnovate, we will ensure that your personal information is wholly erased from our records upon request. Please check our privacy policy for more information about the security of your data.
What do virtual assistants do?
Virtual assistants help clients with their tasks remotely. The type of tasks that virtual assistants do include social media management, administrative tasks, digital media design, data entry among others. Basically, most tasks that can be done remotely can be done by virtual assistants.
Can I change the virtual assistant that has been assigned to me?
While this is rare, if you don’t get along with your virtual assistant, we will be happy to match you with another virtual assistant that will be a great fit for you and your company.
How much does it cost to work with virtual assistants?
You can choose our 10 hrs, 20 hrs or 40hrs packages. You can also choose the hourly rate starting at $15 per hour.
Do I need to pay the whole amount upfront for the service?
Yes, you need to pay upfront.
Which language do the virtual assistants speak?
All the virtual assistants are fluent in English.
How can I start working with virtual assistants?

Where are the virtual assistants based?
All our virtual assistants are based in Philippines.
What happens if I do not use the hours that I signed up for?
Unused hours can be carried over to the next month.
What happens when I run out of my monthly hours?
You can choose to add another package or use the hourly rate for additional hours.
Can I get a custom package?
Yes. Custom packages are available on an as-needed basis.
Can I change my monthly package?
Yes, you can change your package at any time.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time. We appreciate a 7 day notice so that we can hand over all your materials and information and complete the offboarding process seamlessly.
